Joshua A. Lane

Joshua A. Lane, 31, of Delphos, passed away at 6:45 p.m. on Friday, July 21, 2017, at Roselawn Manor in Spencerville.

He was born April 8, 1986, in Lima to William (Barbara) Lane and Shelly A. Theis. His father survives in Fostoria and his mother survives in Ohio City.

He is survived by four siblings, Lynsey (Ben) Bowers of Delphos, Jack (Kayla Hill) Lane of Van Wert, Philip Lane of Delphos, and Kevin Lane of Celina; four nieces; three nephews; two step brothers; three step sisters, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, William and Helen (White) Lane; maternal grandparents, Ralph and Ella (Blockberger) Theis; and maternal aunt and uncle.

Josh was always easy going and willing to lend a hand when needed. He was always on the move and loved to socialize with his friends. Closer to his heart was his family; especially his siblings, his niece, Khloe Bowers, and his cousin, Steve Diltz.

Funeral Services will be held at Harter and Schier Funeral Home on Friday, July 28, 2017, at 3:00 p.m.  Pastor Fred Rowe will be officiating.  Burial will be in Ridge Cemetery.  Visitation will be prior to the funeral from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 28, 2017, at Harter and Schier Funeral Home.
