William "Bill" Miller

William “Bill” Miller, 51, of Delphos, beloved son, father, brother, and uncle passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2017, at his residence.

He was born May 22, 1966, in Allen County to Merle and Sharon (Stump) Miller, his father preceded him in death and his mother survives in Delphos.

He is survived by a son, Blake A. Miller of Delphos; two sisters, Christina (Karl Placke) Gaugler of Delphos and Jennifer (Derek) Wehinger of Elida, two nieces, a nephew, two great nephews, many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Steve Miller.

 Bill was a finish carpenter by trade, like his grandfather, and worked at various places over the years.  He loved Ohio State football, the Rams, and NASCAR.  His favorite driver was Jeff Gordon.  He loved his family.  He especially loved seeing his two great nephews growing into little men, but his greatest love, pride and accomplishment was his son Blake. 

Funeral services will be on Thursday, September 14, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at Harter and Schier Funeral Home with viewing from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Father Daniel Johnson will officiate. Burial will be at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
