Helen Patton

Helen Patton, 58, passed away on Friday, June 8, 2018, at Van Crest Health Care Center. She was born on February 7, 1960, in Annapolis, MD to John B. and Sarah E. (Bowen) Patton. Her mother survives in Delphos.

She is survived by two brothers, Steve (Beverly) Patton of Baltimore, and Richard (Pat) Patton of Delphos; three sisters, Brenda (Edward) Banas of Annapolis, MD, Janet Browning of KY, and Laura Young of GA; eleven nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and two brothers-in-law, Edward Young and Orville “Butch” Browning. 

Helen graduated from Central Special School in Edgewater, MD in 1978.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, June 23, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. with memorial visitation 12:00 -2:00 that same day; both will be held at Harter and Schier Funeral Home in Delphos.  Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Allen County Developmentally Disabled, or VanCrest Activities Dept.
