Anthony Alan Snyder

Anthony Alan Snyder, 29, of Van Wert, left our world on August 14, 2019, from cryptococcal meningitis at St. Rita’s hospice care. 

He was born on December 26, 1989, to William “Bill” Snyder of Owensboro, KY, and Delores “Maggie” (Joe Drayton) Gile, of Mendon.  Both Survive.

He is also survived by three brothers, Aaron (Kalynn) Snyder of Van Wert,  Andrew (Brittany) Snyder of Lima, and Nathan Snyder of Van Wert; a sister, Brianna Snyder of Ft.Wayne; his children, Demetrius and Dawson Snyder, their mother and his childhood best friend, Brittany Cousino of Spencerville; and children Chloe and Bently Snyder of Van Wert.  He was also loved by many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and family members.

Anthony loved the outdoors, working on cars, and spending time with his family.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 24, 2019,  at Harter and Schier Funeral Home.    Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family for expenses.
