Brian Schoffner

Brian Schoffner, 51, of Wapakoneta, passed away at his residence on November 22, 2024. He was born January 20, 1973, in Lima, OH, to Gary Schoffner and Eileen Suever. His father survives in Wapak and his mother survives in Delphos. Brian was married to Shelly Schoffner who passed away in 2011. He is survived by his companion of thirteen years, Natalie Makley of Wapak.

Brian is also survived by a son, Devon (Tabatha) Schoffner of Van Wert; sisters, Angie Suever of Delphos and Jamie (Scott) Sherrick of Lima; granddaughter, Morgan Martin of Van Wert; stepfather, Don Snyder.

Brian is preceded in death by a son, Matthew Schoffner; grandson, Logan Martin; and maternal grandparents, Virgil and Estella Suever.

Brian worked in construction and worked on cars and motorcycles. He was a jack of all trades. Brian enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing and being outdoors. His most prized possessions were his dogs, Helga and Chunk.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 5 p.m. on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at Harter & Schier Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be held from 2-5 p.m. on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at Harter and Schier Funeral Home.
