Carol Bewsey

Carol Bewsey, 80, of Delphos, passed away at her residence on Wednesday, April 2, 2025. She was born October 13, 1944, in Lima, OH, to her mother, Alveena (Fuerst) Rode. She preceded her in death. On May 22, 1965, she was united in marriage to Roland Bewsey. He preceded her in death on November 4, 2015.

Carol is survived by her son, David (Brittney) Bewsey of Delphos; three granddaughters, Helena, Natalie, and Mara; and her sister, Arlene (John) Nomina of Delphos.

Carol was preceded in death by her sister, LaDonna Eggeman.

Carol was a graduate of Delphos St John High School, Class of 1962. She was a homemaker and a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Carol enjoyed several hobbies including, crafting, bowling, and rooting for the Cincinnati Reds. Her passion in life were her granddaughters, never missing anything that they did and was always there fully supporting them.

A Memorial Viewing will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Harter & Schier Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will follow immediately at St. John Cemetery.
