Obituary
Cindy Allen, 55, of Delphos, passed away Friday, January 21, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 3, 1966, to the late Elmer “Don” Kent and Carol (Miller) Kent. On March 13, 1999, she was united in marriage to Mike Allen. They were together for thirty years, married for twenty three. He survives in Delphos.
Cindy is also survived by her children, Johnithon (Kathy) Schabbing of Van Wert, Jessica Schabbing of Beaufort, SC, Andrew Schabbing of Delphos, Tieler (Tara) Schabbing and Nikki (Matt) Carter all of Beaufort, SC; siblings, Julia (Eric) Najarian of New Bern NC, Penny (Monty) Musser of Fremont, IN, and Donald Kent of Angola, IN; and nineteen grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two grandchildren, Arianna and Maverick Schabbing; one brother and sister-in-law, Joe (Barb) Kent; two sisters, Angie Kinney and Laura Savage; and a sister-in-law, Penny Kent.
Cindy enjoyed bingo and making bows, but her life revolved around her grandchildren. They were the light of her life.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at Harter and Schier Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 2:00-6:00 that same day. Pastor Josh Daily will officiate. Burial will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
