Debbie Hershey, 51, of Lima, passed away Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at Mercy Health-St. Rita’s. She was born in Lima, OH, to Joseph (Diana) Hershey and Jo Ann Hershey on May 27, 1970. Her mother preceded her in death. Her father survives in Columbus Grove.

She is survived by her son, Kamryn Johnson of Lima; her sister, Tracy (Mike) Schuerman of FL; her brother, Joe, Jr., of Delphos; and many nieces and nephews.

Debbie was preceded in death by her life partner of 18 years, Ryan Johnson, on September 20, 2021.

Debbie was a screen printer at Gray’s Sportswear, formerly Cappie’s, in Lima. She was a follower of Christ. Being a mother was the most important thing to her. In her free time, she enjoyed hanging out with her friends and family. Her favorite season was summer and liked the beach.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 6, 2021, at Harter & Schier Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 6, 2021, at Harter & Schier Funeral Home.
