Deborah C. Franklin

Deborah “Debbie” Catherine Franklin, 74, of Delphos, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2026, at Roselawn Manor. She was born in Lima, OH, to Jed and Mary Ann (Klier) Franklin on August 10, 1951. They both preceded her in death.

Debbie is survived by her daughter, Sarah Hellman; grandsons, Timothy and Gabriel Malouf; sisters, Mary Lou (Rick) Knebel, Millie Hellman both of Delphos, Karen Franklin of TN, brothers, Jerry (Sandy) Franklin of Fort Wayne, Gary (Melinda) Franklin of CA, Jody (Christine) Franklin of Lima, Steve (Diane) Franklin of Upper Sandusky; and many nieces and nephews.

Debbie was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Rachel Malouf; and brother, Ralphie Franklin.

Debbie was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. She enjoyed playing bingo, sitting outside, and spending time with her family.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at St. John Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  on Friday, May 1, 2026, at Harter & Schier Funeral Home.
