Obituary
Eleanor Waltimire, 86, of Delphos, passed away on Monday, August 1, 2022, at Vancrest of Delphos. She was born in Malinta, OH, to Dallas and Margaret ( Wenzel) Franz. They preceded her in death.
She is survived by a son, James C. (Rose) Waltimire of Toledo; daughters, Jamie (Josh) Palezweski of Defiance, and Jenny (Bill) Schulte of Ft. Jennings; grandchildren, Meghan Waltimire, Zachary Schulte, and Katherine Palczweski; and her siblings Gene Hicks of Bowling Green, Janet Kessler of Delta, Barbara Westrick of Defiance, and Teresa (Tony) DelBrocco of Todedo.
Eleanor had formerly worked as a deli clerk at Chief Supermarket. She loved gardening, cooking, and playing bingo. She also loved to do arts and crafts and to listen to music. Eleanor was very active in her childens’ lives, and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was always a people person.
Funeral Services are private. Harter and Schier Funeral Home are in charge of arrangements.
