Janice D. Noffsinger

Janice D. Noffsinger, 61, North Baltimore, Ohio, formally of Delphos, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2026, at her residence. She was born on July 5, 1964 in Lima, Ohio, to Nile Noffsinger and Janet (Parsons) Fiedler. Her father survives in Continental. Her mother and step father Richard Fiedler preceded her in death in 2025.

Janice is survived by her father: Nile (Karen) Noffsinger of Continental, Ohio, a brother: Richard (Stephanie) Fiedler Jr. of Bowling Green, Ohio, two sisters: April (Shawn) Scott of Delphos, Julia (Mark) Mericle of Ft. Jennings, six nieces: Paige Mericle, Lillian Fiedler, Kaitlyn Mericle, Karley McClure, Bella Roach, Lydia Hart, eight nephews: Andrew Hart, Wyatt Hart, Hunter Mericle, Dawson Fiedler, Garret Hart, William Fiedler, Dustin Scott and Cameron Mason, and her great niece and nephew: Emilia & Cylis Mericle.   

Janice lived in North Baltimore with her beloved puppy, Bear, and her nephew/caregiver Dawson Fiedler. 

She enjoyed shopping and going to church, along with loving animals and spending time with her nieces and nephews.  Janice loved purses, and talking on the phone with her family. She always had a smile on her face and was kind to everyone!

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Harter&Schier Funeral Home. Burial will follow at a later date in Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at Harter&Schier Funeral Home.
