Jeremy Wayne York

Jeremy Wayne William York passed away at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN, at the age of 45 on Friday, March 28, 2025. He was born October 14, 1979 to Keith L. York (deceased) and Donna York, who survives. Jeremy graduated from Crestview High School and Vantage Career Center in 1998. He followed a family tradition and love of the road and got his CDL. Jeremy was currently doing runs for Venture Trucking. He had a love for life, the outdoors, mechanics, and his family. Jeremy befriended everyone he met.

Jeremy is survived by his mother, Donna Faye York of Van Wert; his brother and best friend, Lee York of Van Wert; two children, Ariel York of Delphos, and Koda York of Van Wert; one grandchild, Mazikeen York; his partner in life, Kody Deitrick of Van Wert; Corbin Snyder of Bluffton, IN; two beloved nieces, and many aunts and uncles. Jeremy will be truly missed by all those that knew him.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Harter & Schier Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Harter & Schier Funeral Home.
