Jo Ann Hershey, 71, of Delphos passed away on Friday, November 27, 2020, at St. Rita’s Medical Center.  She was born on April 11, 1949, in Augusta, Georgia to Thomas Joseph and Vivian (Veal) Strother.  Both preceded her in death. 

She is survived by two daughters, Tracey (Mike) Schuerman of Ft. Myers, FL. and Debbie Hershey of Lima; one son, Joe Hershey Jr. of Delphos; five grandchildren, Amanda, Chris, Nicole, Kamryn, and Jorden; three great grandchildren, Jaihde, Makenzie, and Morgan; and three sisters, Betty Lynn Dobson, Nancy Strother, and Peggy Fobbe. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Ricky Strother.

Jo Ann was a homemaker.  Her passion was taking care of others always putting them before herself.  She loved her friends and being social but especially loved time spent with her grandchildren.  She loved to color, and always filled her children’s arms with food whenever they came to visit. 

Funeral service will be held at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
