John R. “Jack” Schosker, 84, of Delphos, passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021, at Van Wert Health. He was born January 12, 1937, in Allen County, to Aloysius and Luella (Gladen) Schosker. They both preceded him in death. He was united in marriage on June 17, 1961, to Julie Brotherwood. She preceded him in death on June 10, 2008.

He is survived by sons, Jeff (Carla) Schosker and Joseph (Angie Suever) Schosker both of Delphos; daughters, Tammy (Sam) Eblin and Joyce Myrick both of Delphos, seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Jack was also preceded in death by a sister, Bettie Richards and a son-in-law, Larry Myrick.

Jack worked for Delphos Manufacturing for 25 years. He then went on to be a motor route driver for the Delphos Herald. Jack loved to sing and dance. He enjoyed watching Gunsmoke, old Westerns, and wrestling.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 3, 2021, at Harter & Schier Funeral Home. Burial will follow in St. John Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at Harter & Schier Funeral Home.
