Karen Bonifas

Karen Bonifas, 66, of Delphos, passed away Sunday, August 11, 2024, at University of Toledo Medical Center. She was born August 20,1957, to Carl Betts Jr. and Ruth ( Ellerbrock ) Betts. They preceded her in death. On September 24, 2005, she was united in marriage to Cliff Bonifas who preceded her in death on September 9, 2009.                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

Karen is survived by a son, Jeremy (Teresa) Eickholt of Delphos; a daughter Tiffany (Anthony) Wannemacher of Continental; two grandchildren, Case and Alexis; and a brother Dan Betts and sister Darlene Betts both of Delphos.                 

She was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Betts.                                                                                                                                                   

Karen graduated from Delphos Jefferson High School and worked at Eagle Print until 1999. She was a member of St.Mary’s Eagles and she was a member of Delphos St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.       

Karen enjoyed watching Cleveland Browns football, and doing puzzles. She also enjoyed being outside and watching the hummingbirds, but especially watching her grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday,  August 20, 2024, at Harter and Schier Funeral Home.  Visitation will be from 4:00 until the time of the funeral that same day.
