Martha J. Fletcher

Martha J. Fletcher, 97, of Delphos, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2026, at The Meadows of Delphos. She was born in Crestline, OH, to Chester E. and Mary (Earnest) Jones on June 16, 1928. They both preceded her in death. On January 25, 1947, she was united in marriage to Charles A. Fletcher. He preceded her in death on August 18, 2012.

Martha is survived by children, John Andrew  Fletcher, Linda Garcia, Gail Fletcher, and Nan (Larry) Platt; seven grandchildren, Vanessa Kearney, Stephanie Schlose, Amber(Shannon) Daulbaugh, Erin (Russ) Roberts, Nathan F. Daulbaugh, Alex Fletcher, and Fletcher Platt; two great-grandchildren, Amanda (Michael) Solorazno and Kendyl Lee Roberts; and two great-great-grandchildren, Makayla Solorazno and Logan Solorazno.

Martha was preceded in death by her brothers, Chester E. (Arlene) Jones, Earnest H. Jones, and George Thomas Jones; and sister, Marjorie E. (Earl) Fletcher.

Martha was a graduate of Crestline High School, Class of 1946. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and Trinity United Methodist Women. Martha worked at Odenweller’s Clothing Store for over 10 years. She volunteered as a poll worker for voting and as a Red Cross Blood Driver worker. She enjoyed quilting, painting, and sewing.
