Paula I. Brown

Paula I. Brown, 59, of Delphos, passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at her residence. She was born October 5, 1962, to George and Nellie (Dempsey) Schabbing. They both preceded her in death. She was engaged to Tracy Sterling. He survives in Delphos.

Paula is also survived by her children, Ashley (Brad) Agner of Delphos and Travis (Taylor) Brown of Ohio City; grandchildren, Karder, Kailee, Kahner, Kaidee Agner and Covy and Everly Brown; brothers, Butch (Peggy) Schabbing of Grover Hill and Doug Schabbing of Van Wert; sisters, Brenda (Skip Wallace) Neil of Russells Point and Esther (Larry) Wilson of Canton; brother-in-law, Don Snyder of Delphos and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Beulah “Bubba” Schabbing and Vera Schabbing.

Paula worked for Teleflex for many years until they closed. She was a graduate of Delphos Jefferson, Class of 1980. She absolutely loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved to watch football and rooted for the Ohio State Buckeyes. She liked playing cards, crafting and decorating the house for the holidays.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at Harter & Schier Funeral Home. Burial will be held at a later date. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, January 10, 2022, at Harter & Schier Funeral Home and from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday prior to funeral service.

Memorial contributions may be made to the grandchildren.
