Rick Hile

Rick Hile, 75, of Delphos, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2020 at Lima Manor.  He was born on December 18, 1944, to Floyd L. and Margaret R (Wilkeson) Hile; both preceded him in death.

He is survived by one daughter, LeAnn Hile, of Wyoming; two brothers, Richard (Nancy) Hile of St. Marys, and Dennis Hile of Delphos; two sisters, Shirley (Roger) Diltz and Rebecca (Richard) Auer, both of Delphos, and by many nieces and nephews.  Rick was preceded in death by a brother, Floyd Hile Jr. and two sisters, Francis Lowe and Carolyn Stocklin. 

 Rick was a factory worker at I&K Distributors in Delphos, and he had also been a maintenance man at MacDonald’s Industrial Products in Spencerville. He enjoyed time spent with his family and especially the fun time he shared with his brother, Denny.  He loved fishing, pizza, doing word puzzles, and shopping. Rick also enjoyed time spent just sitting on the porch watching the world go by.

His funeral service will be Monday, July 6, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Harter and Schier Funeral Home; Rev. Steve Haddix will officiate.  Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
