Ronald Foust

Ronald Foust, 77, of Delphos, passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at Mercy Health-St. Rita’s.  He was born September 15, 1948, to Donald and Isabel (Hammons) Foust. They both preceded him in death. On May 3, 1969, Ronald was united in marriage to Sharon (Schleeter) Foust. She survives in Delphos.

Ronald is survived by two sons, Stephen Foust of Delphos and Matthew (Jennifer) Foust of Delphos; grandchildren, Jesstin Foust, Gavin Eblin, and Olivia Foust; two great-grandchildren, Gwendolyn and Winslow; and two sisters, Pat Flore and Linda Foust both of Delphos.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Rita Heindel.

Ronald was a truck driver for Palmer Donovan and worked for 20 years at Huffy as a die setter plastic mold injector. He served his country in the United States Army and served two tours in Vietnam. Ronald enjoyed motorcycles, cars, cooking barbecue, and smoking meats. He loved spending time with his family especially his boys.

A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Harter & Schier Funeral Home. Burial will held at Walnut Grove Cemetery immediately following the service. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Harter & Schier Funeral Home.
