Sandra Kay (Monfort) Wilkins

Sandra Wilkins, 70, of Delphos, passed away June 25, 2024, at her home. She was born July 2, 1953, in Lima, to Hubert and Betty Jean (Grunden) Keyton.  They preceded her in death. 

She is survived by her sons, Leroy W. Sodders and David L. Huffer both of Lima; her daughters, Ceresa Marie (Michael F) Meyer of Bluffton, and Dawna L. Reynolds of Lima; nine grandchildren, Dru J. Leach, Jennifer (Dylan) Basil, Joshua Meyer, Nathan Meyer, Michael Desenberg, Matthew Desenberg, Reagan Desenberg, Kyrstyn Sodders, Kaylee Sodders; four great-grandchildren, Aubrey Leach, Cameron Leach, Amaya Leach, Carter Leach; sisters, Carol J. Boop and Helen Youngpeter, both of Delphos; brother-in-law, Christopher Fruend; and by many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert Monfort, and Carl Keyton; and a sister, Bonnie Fruend.

Sandra attended Delphos Jefferson High School.  She worked as an officer at the Allen County Correctional Facility for many years.  She enjoyed the outdoors, decorating, baking, and cooking for her family.  Most of all, she loved being a grandma and the time she spent with her grand and great-grandchildren.

A private Graveside Service will be held at a later date.
