Sharon (Goodwin) Jarrett

Sharon Jarrett, 44, of Kansas, OH, formerly of Delphos, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at her residence.  She was born September 28, 1978, in Lima, OH, to Gary Lee Goodwin, Sr. and Terri (Friess) Carson. Her father preceded her in death in 2020. Her mother survives in Delphos. She was united in marriage to Roger Jarrett. He preceded her in death in 2021.

Sharon is survived by children, Dominic Goodwin, Isaac Troyer, and Anthony Jones; brothers, Gary (Angie) Goodwin of Delphos, and Kyle Goodwin of Van Wert; and sister, Brandy (John Jr.) Baker of Ohio City, and Jennifer (Chris) Richie of Sydney; grandchildren, Adilyn Fetzer, Madilyn Goodwin, Faith Goodwin, Annabelle Goodwin, Izabella Goodwin, Gideon Goodwin, and Jeremiah Goodwin; nieces, Skyelar Carson, Savannah Richie, Evelyn Baker, and Karlye Goodwin; and nephews, Aiden Richie, Kolby Richie, J.T. Baker, and Jaiden Goodwin.

Sharon graduated with Honors from Owens Community College with an Associate’s Degree as a Surgical Tech. She worked for Blanchard Valley Health. She loved her job. She enjoyed baking, riding motorcycles, and playing with her dog, Bruno.

Visitation will be held from 12 pm to 2 pm and 4 pm to 6 pm on Sunday, June 4, 2023, at Harter and Schier Funeral Home.
